Morning all.A terrible night for me. Pain in my hips so lying in bed was difficult, with insomnia. Went to bed new time of 9.45, so only 8.44, but we were both tired. Then I was awake from 1.40, for hours. Took paracetamol, put ibuprofen gel on my hips, used a TENs machine for a few minutes. Got a little sleep, with a few ‘mares, up just before the alarm at 7.

Good morning all
It's bright and sunny here this morning but rain forecast for later. Off to look for a big pot to plant a box ball in and then to the supermarket to buy Easter eggs for 11 kids
oh and little baskets for an Easter egg hunt I'm organising I already have the eggs for that. So its a nice day for me

Good morning all, lovely morning here now the frost has cleared, another pleasant spring day ahead methinks...
Just back from the vet's. Alfie has a couple of lumps, one under his "armpit" and the other on his ribs which the vet thinks are just fatty lumps, but she has taken samples to send off for testing so fingers crossed.

Good morning everybody.I've got a jumbled day today. First thing this morning I want to get some meat & veg prepared and in the slow cooker. I've got a hospital appointment later about the bursitis in my thigh. I expect I'll be recommended for another steroid injection..
This afternoon I've got a man coming to give me an estimate for a new bathroom and then this evening about 6.00 another man to give an estimate. I've tried to keep them a couple of hours apart. Don't know what |I'd do if one came late & the other early - it would be a bit embarrassing!!
Don't know what time we'll eat but nice to know a hearty meal will be waiting in the slow cooker - just ready to be put out.
