Rodney Bewes dies.

It has just been announced that Rodney Bewes, well know for The Likely Lads, has died aged 79.

Watching an ad for Dave the other night showing clips of comedies showing over Christmas....it was astounding the number of famous comedy stars that are no longer with us.

I was just thinking that one of the Likely Lads had died a few days ago but I got mixed up with the actor from Duty Free.

Very sad. My parents used to love watching The Likely Lads when I was young.
This year seems to be the turn of the actors and TV personalities who are leaving us. Last year it was musicians. As we age, our family, friends and those personalities we 'grew up with' pass away more frequently. That's life I guess
