Yes I started today by eating more healthy, while my Husband was eating chocolates and Christmas cake.

I like your style Rehab ... my diet, as and when needed is to just eat less.
My weights dropped a bit recently so just now I'm eating a little bit more.

I haven't stopped eating since Christmas Eve..I think I have overdosed on Turkey, the tins and boxes of chocolate are on the last layers. I am eating Satsumas so my diet is on track, are mincecpies classed as fruit? Not that I am concerned really, but what made me buy that huge Black Forest Gateau for 16 people I don't know... I feel quite porkified.

I've been on a Nutrition program Herbalife which has been around for 36 years and feel better than ever! Lost 47 lbs so far.
