Anyway, most of you have had a chance to have a go at the question by now. (It might be worth asking around and report back your findings.) It's not just the PM I'm curious about, but other high profile politicians as well - like the Chancellor of the Exchequer.It has long interested me what people don't know (that one might expect them to know). That's one reason why I find Pointless far more interesting than other quizzes. They had a board of questions about people with the name "Tim" and one question was something like: who is the leader of the LibDem Party?
Even given his first name, only 11% gave the correct answer.
Is that a surprise to anyone?

The trailer for Mind the Age Gap (Ch5 Mon) about a group of older people and younger ones discussing issues, has the older ones being dismayed that the yoofs don't know who Angela Merkel is.Would you expect a grown up to know who she is?
