I have carried out a lot of training in my time -2x a day running and so on. As far as I am aware B12 and Iron need to be considered together - one without the other is not a good combo. Are you making sure Iron is in plentiful supply in your diet?

Make sure you get iron down you. Can be in all sorts of forms. Take it in tablet form if I were you - I do.

Blood has tons of iron in it. Even has an ironish smell and taste apparently. I should know as I have watched 780 episodes of Conan The Detective .

Was that self-diagnosed Doc?

Did you have blood tests?

Just wondered how you knew what was wrong?

I saw this too and Ive seriously been thinking about it..

I have been complaining about tiredness (to the point of exhaustion ) for years now and each time the doc tests my thyroid again and says its within normal limits but they cannot find anything to explain my tiredness.

There is a difference in the type of B12 there is cyanocobalamin, which is a synthetic and methylcobalamin ..
Heres a link read down about sleeping..

My daughter lacks intrinsic factor so she does not take up B12 normally and has to have injections. If she is low on B12 she is exhausted clumsy muddled etc etc..
If you decide to try it will you keep us updated I would love to hear how it works for you.
