Wingwalk success !
Rosemary successfully completed her charity wingwalk this morning. She had a great time watched by around 20 family and friends, our daughter streamed the event live to facebook and we just beat the thunderstorms, which arrived about 15 minutes after her flight. Perfect.p.s. When we arrived home our bungalow had been bedecked with balloons and bunting by our neighbours, who had also secretly raised £260 for the cause, and we were completely flabberghasted by the efforts which they had gone to.
In all then, up to now Rosemary has raised £1400 for Parkinsons UK, only £100 short of her target, a magnificent effort on her part, and may we say once again a very big thank you to every one of you generous souls on here who sponsored her in such a good cause.

Thrilled to bits for her Barry. You couldn't have got better timing with avoiding the storms too.And what a wonderful welcome home for you all.

I can't imagine what that must have felt like, especially the shot of the plane on an angle
