I've watched Tipping Point, but only a couple of times. Sadly, I haven't heard any real howlers first hand, but the ones posted on here are brilliant.

Perhaps I should make watching the programme a regular routine.

Even better, if they ever did an 'out-take' series!

You sometimes get them on University Challenge. Ask the students about anything about the eighties whether it be `history` or music for example, they haven't a clue.

I have noticed that and sometimes the chasers don't know the simplest questions such as 'what is half of a half?. Sean seems to struggle most with this type of question despite being a barrister.

One of my greatest moments on University Challenge was when I beat the lot of them to a very difficult question. None of them knew it. Even after conferring for a few minutes, no one knew the answer, they were all looking blank and then I said it.......
