Dealing with the Big Boys.

Hi

I will probably get hammered for blowing my own trumpet, but such is life.

I am intelligent, articulate, know the system and very, very persistent.

I can also afford the telephone calls and have Internet Access.

In spite of all that, my Pensions have still not been sorted, HMRC have not done what they promised and have stung me for 100% Tax when they give the likes of Virgin years to pay off back Tax.

After 3 years of battling, EE have agreed to refund me over £700 , they have still not paid within the time scale promised.

Their excuse is that we rely on Customers to inform us.

I worry about those less fortunate than myself, the ones really in need.

Those who simply cannot afford the phone calls and who find the system very difficult.

There is something very, very wrong with the system.

We should not be punishing those most deserving and least able to cope.

I am taking EE to Court, I can afford to, many cannot.

I find this offensive.

I have given the Government Departments concerned 28 days notice of Judicial Review.

I can do this myself, the vast majority of the population cannot.

It will cost them vast amounts of money, but they will not be paying it personally, the taxpayer will.

I find this very wrong.

One of the Government people I am dealing with is a 21 year old, fresh out of Uni.

She seems to think that Oldies are idiots and she is as arrogant as hell.

She is in for a shock and should never have been employed in the first place.

I really do worry about those genuine people who cannot cope with the system.

And handsome. And witty. You forgot, handsome and witty, SF .

Fighting for what one believes is justice is never a bad thing.

If you win it become precedent and precedent establishes policy, so you are fighting for the people cant afford to.

Hi

I do genuinely try to help others Purwell, irrespective of their abilities and beliefs.

I even help misguided Corbyn supporters.

Swimmy I have given up fighting 'officialdom', I have discovered it is quite literally bad for my health .

There was a time when I would fight to the bitter end but no more, such things are for the young who can take large amounts of cortisol surging through their bloodstream .

There is no point in being in the right and winning against officialdom if you drop dead from the effort.

Hi

Handsome I am not Surfermum, those who have met me will testify to that.

Where I last worked, we had a system where all the bosses had to be on reception every week to find out what was going on.

I was excused from that as having a certain presence, not very user friendly, I am not a PR Person.

I did however get all the crap jobs that needed sorting out.

I can be quite scary when dealing with wrong ones.

Such is life, I am a real softie when helping those in genuine need.

I am a complete nightmare to thugs and bullies.

I will not give an inch.

I am an ugly git, but always supportive of the vulnerable.

I can live with that.

Hi

I was part of the system.

I am not going to drop dead from fighting it.

It is what keeps me going.

I enjoy it.
