Thing is, without the proper test equipment, to check if there is power to the element, and to test if the element is pulling any current, there’s not a lot you can do, if there’s power ie live and neutral, at the element, that shows the power is there, and is waiting for the selected temperature to be reached, if no power is at the element then it could be anything, broken wire, fault with control board etc, of course the element may have live/neutral to it but may not be drawing any current, therefore it is probably knackered,

Heating element has burnt out needs to be replaced.

Same has a Cylinder emersion heater they tend to rot as well.
