Wonder why there are so many Dysons at boot fairs ?
I used to work for a recycling company who used to collect all the things that had been taken to the tip and then auction them.
I used to PAT test and function test the electrical items.

I could never understand why so many Dyson upright cleaners were taken to the tip?

I suspect that may be those people who, when a new model comes out (V6, V7, V8, V10 - what happened to V9?), absolutely have to have the latest model!

Looking at this list of comparisons, though, I find my V6 more than adequate!

I suspect that V9 went the same way as W(indows) 9 .....

I'm going to try a V6 as an interim - Dyson Outlet are selling Dyson-refurbished models at £134.99 with guarantee - previous buyers claim they're like new!

I agree with Rhian, Omah.

It is far easier to push around than corded vacuum cleaners and, because of its size, can reach places conventional cleaners cannot.

I'm sure you'll enjoy using it.

Take off the long wand and attach the brush directly to the motor unit. Much easier that way, and you might even enjoy it.
