Lovely.
I cut mine down to about t6 inches after flowering & oblige with a second show of flowers in the auumn

BTW, whatever happened to CHEIRANTHUS ALLIONII, the Siberian Wallflower, they were possesssed of an intoxicating scent.
Not seen any more ,for shame

Yes it is inspirational
Over the years I have planted 100 Rose bushes and Shrubs and it is like a Perfumed garden,

However, all the birds have gone since the BT took away the telephone lines. Just a few gulls fly over now.

I am envious of your roses. I am in a retirement home now & can only look at other folks roses.

Have you any of the old names, Superstar, Enas Harkness, Fragrant Cloud, Queen Elizabeth, Masquerade
et al.
