Our legal system would tend to say otherwise and if those illegally deported do resort to the courts, the amount of compensation and damages will escalate and the government will also, being the losing party, have to pay the legal costs too.

The thread very much IS about Looney Labour's facile attitudes to immigration controls. The OP article clearly stated that:
"Diane Abbott said she would close two main detention centres, axe migration targets and force officials to prove suspects were in Britain without permission.
The shadow home secretary also vowed to scrap the requirement for bosses and landlords to carry out checks on a worker or tenant’s right to be in the country."
In essence Jezbollah and his Militant Marxist thugs want to destroy any serious control of immigration and keep the flood gates open which is frankly absurd.
We need to bring proper ID into this country so we can ensure we know who is and who is not here illegally.
The onus should always be on the person to prove their citizenship and status, rather than it be the onus of the authorities to try and prove that they are here illegally.
The Looney Labour laxity is clearly part of a wider agenda, an agenda which has absolutely no concern for Britain or it's traditions and values.
Looney Labour remain wholly unfit to govern
Jezbollah Corbyn remains wholly unelectable.
When are the Looney bunch of scroats going to oust him?

Seriously, though, I am trying to work out exactly what sort of person votes for Labour these days.
It can't be traditional working men. Surely, they must be aware that the Loonies' intention would be to allow anyone and everyone into this country, who would then undercut and take the jobs of those workers.
Young people, of course, due to their lack of life experience are open to being conned by the offer of such things as Compo's famous offer to repay all of their debts. Perhaps they still believe him.
Then there are the people whom the Abbopotamus really yearns to attract in to this country. Again, they no doubt believe all of the promises they are bombarded with.
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the supposed attractions of the Loony Party.

Indeed. It's not about the crowed who benefited from the Windrush deal in the 60s. The problem is Labour's soft touch policy with the estimated 1,000,000 plus illegals who are still piling in now and taking the piss.

The Tory vermin are trying for they're worth (not a lot) to conflate the Windrush immigrants and immigrants in a similar situation with illegal immigrants. Thus justifying their inhuman treatment of legitimate immigrants in this country.I watched Diane Abbott on QT when she said what she said about abolishing the hostile environment re. immigration and, as far as I can remember, that is as far as she went. The rest of the Mail hysteria is made up, trading on the bête noire standing DA has in the sentiments of the idiot right.
Other than her deeply annoying delivery, I thought DA was remarkably sensible on Thursday night.
As far as I know, Labour have not written their manifesto for the next election. Given the average verminous Tory finds basic thought difficult enough without having to go into precognition, the allegations in that piece of propaganda are completely disposable.
