A few observances about beans; why do they taste nicer cold straight out of the tin? When heating always remember that done in a pan on the stove, the sauce thickens up, but does not do so in the microwave, and a little tip here, always store them upside down, that way they 'settle' at the top of the can leaving surplus sauce at what is now the bottom, making it easier to decant from the tin.Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Yes you are right Daisymay, I heard it myself on the TV that everyone passes wind at least 15 times a day, you probably don't even know that you are doing it that much.Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?
