We had Piri Piri Chicken Breasts with R. Potatoes, Brocolli, Carrots and Baked Onion.

Hovis tomato infused bread toast for lunch, then for supper a lasagne (with extra cheese) and roast potatoes. For dessert, a custard slice. Too many calories, yes, but I'll try and walk them off tomorrow!

Jazzi that sounds great.

I had a very basic day today. Rolls with the local butcher's sausage and fried egg for brunch. Then for dinner I just had a sandwich with ham and coleslaw. Too much bread!!

Today we are having Belly of Pork Strips marinated in Chinese sauce, with Roast Potatoes, Runner beans from the garden, Swede and baked onions.

Tonight Cheese on Toast.

Roast chicken dinner for us tonight with all the trimmings - followed by a chocolate anniversary cake with three candles.
Ady (son) & Paula & the children are due back from their hols in Spain today and coming to us for a meal tonight. They'll be ready for a nice roast.
The anniversary cake is because it coincides with their third wedding anniversary...

We had an Indian meal today at the Restaurant, very nice indeed and a Sambuca.
