It is going to be hot and horrible here today - 69f by lunchtime! I'll fry!!

Have to go out in it as well - I am taking this mad, misbegotten, heap of microchips across to the techy guys - it is arguing with me again - and up with that I will not put!! Will be off line for a little while.

I'm hoping to go to an aqua fit class with daughter Sue later if I can find the energy - had a terrible night sleep again.
Might do a bit of light housework too.

Good morning everyone

Its quite cold and damp in my part of Yorkshire...I'm hoping for some sunshine later ... taking car for its MOT and picking up a loan car.....nothing much planned other than that...but going out for a posh lunch tomorrow so I will be checking out my wardrobe on what to wear.

Sorry you can't sleep Carol...it's horrible feeling continuously tired....I know..been there

A nice, fresh morning and dry and bright. The forecast is dry with spells of sunshine, light winds. Maximum temperature 25ºC.

The garden calls – the lawns were cut yesterday, now it’s time to get rid of those weeds, the Triffids, yet again!

Morning everyone, just been looking for reasons why my five mile run this morning was rubbish. Humidity 50%, not too bad...Temperature 17*C....Well within comfortable limits....Must be me then....

Apparently all hell is going to break loose tonight, tomorrow and Saturday with heavy rain, strong winds and thunderstorms. Depending how fast I recover this morning will depend on what gets done......
