What happened here today?????
In unseasonably warm weather I went for a walk over the Humber Bridge....And ate a Sainsbury's Chicken, Basil and Tomato sandwich that was horrible.....Chicken must have died of old age.....Should av' gone to Macdonalds....

Running in the morning so turning in early.....Night All.

Is it Saturday Night already, it doesn't seem two minutes since I did my long Sunday run last week....And now it's just seven hours away, and if I don't gerrof to bed it will be a hard one......Goodnight All you late night forum dwellers....It's time for you to take over the night shift.....

The wife and me are heading out to the Son’s place shortly it’s his wife’s birthday and we’ll be staying overnight, so I’ll bid you all a goodnight afore I go, see you tomorrow God willing.

Have a good night Jem, and thanks for recommendation for the 'Mods Job'.....I don't think it cut any ice with Azz, but Mrs Fox was impressed....

Managed to push the Long Sunday run out to nine and a half miles....But Just a six in the morning though. I've just put Maddie the cat out and it was like sticking my head in the freezer.....Looks like I'll be having to get the Helly Hansen out again...
