I am shocked that Pistorius should have been given bail, let alone have his passport returned, that is tantamount to saying 'get of of the country before your trial'.

It appears that no matter what country you live in justice depends on who you know, who you are, what contacts you have and how much money you have. True justice doesn't appear to exist. Perhaps all countries should follow Singapore where I believe there are set punishments for different crimes and punishment is across the board.
