I haven't seen many fat people that are happy TBH. Most are miserable, have low self-confidence and esteem. The subsequent health problems they develop can't be much fun either.

Re: Weight loss plan

Who was it said "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"?
I'm inclined to agree.

Those flavoured hot chocolate sachets satisfy a sweet craving and are low calorie generally.
Yes , before you say it Realist I know they're 'full of sugar'!

Do you have any sugar in your drinks like tea/coffee?

Are you eating milk chocolate or plain?
If milk, then try to move over to a good plain chocolate around 70% cocoa.

Make yourself some bags of mixed nuts and dried fruit.

The nuts (esp almonds, walnuts and pecans) will give you the fibre you need whilst the fruits will give you the sweetness and sugar you crave.

Don't use any bags of white refined sugar. Throw them out.
I do not use sugar in tea or coffee. I did manage in 2009 to stay sugar free for 11 months but I cannot seem to get back the motivation I had then.
Ive had lots of stress in the last few years with elderly parents and a severely autistic son not to mention the stuff every one else has going on. I also split from DH and now we are back together

Re: Weight loss plan

Watch what you eat and break meals in small frequent ones. Prefer raw food over processed food, drink more water than routine and do not eat shortly before going to bed.
