I'm New, where do I start?

Hi! I used to be involved in a social networking site a few years ago I really enjoyed but don't remember the name. So I found this one. However, after I registered I realized I MAY be the only American....hope that's Ok? I have many interests and open minded. I recently lost my boyfriend of 5 years to a sudden heart attack. I miss him and our lives together but I know he wouldn't want me to be paralyzed into stop living.

Welcome Topaz. I am sure you are right that your partner wouldn't want you to stop living, and regular posting on here will help.
Many of us live alone.... but it doesn't mean we have nobody to talk to, because there will always be somebody on here to chat with.
