Where are you at,sadly I have to drive upon Exmoor to hear one these days.When I was a kid mum would come up and open the bedroom window first thing in the morning when the cuckoo arrived to be heard,that was way back in the early sixties.

In May he sings all day.

Yes I have heard one this year but in Spain a couple of weeks back not here as yet .

I have not heard one for years and I live in a good area for them. Friends have heard them recently bus not me.

Just to follow up on this,they have indeed been busy tagging, no follow up on the blog as yet though.
