Light bulbs

Who on earth decided on these new style light bulbs they are absolutely useless. The amount of light they give out is zeros . thank goodness we still have some PROPER light bulbs around the house.

Whoever invented this shot be shot. Absolutely useless. Slow to get to maximum output and ugly. the sooner we go back to conventional light bulbs the better

Re: Light bulbs

Here in Canada you cannot buy the old style bulbs any more. Government interference doncha know.

I find that if you buy the daylight rather than the soft white you get a better light.

Re: Light bulbs

I'm still working my through the old style light bulbs. Loads left

You need a degree these days to buy a light bulb. Remember back in the day, when it was easy peasy and they'd always check they worked before you bought them?

They look like something a doctor would use to insert in a persons private parts

I bought myself a battery desk lamp too because the light in the sun lounge, where I read my books, is so bad.

Re: Light bulbs

eBay I find still has some sellers that have old style bulbs, I'd give you the item number but then you might all buy them up
