The Budget

Hi

Well what do you think?

I am pleased we are, belatedly, putting money into preparing for Brexit.

I am not happy with Stamp Duty, it hardly helps with the majority of first time buyers and the housebuilders will just increase the price to grab the money for themselves.

Just my personal view.

Re: The Budget

State pension increase

The 3% rise in the state pension in April has been confirmed, amounting to £3.65 extra a week. As is usually the case, this is in line with inflation, which measures the cost of living, in September.

Well, that's better than a poke in the eye .....

Earn more before you are taxed

The amount earned before income tax is paid - called the personal allowance - will rise from £11,500 to £11,850 in April. This will cut less than £100 a year off a basic rate taxpayer's annual bill.

So I could be a fiver a week better off .....

Re: The Budget

Hammond's dismal economic disaster of a budget was unravelled within minutes by the OBR who anticipated a housing price spike as a result of the scumbag 'nasty party's cancellation of Stamp duty for first time buyers.

His pathetic attempt to relieve some of the pressure on those about to receive Universal Credit will actually do very little and still cause hardship for thousands of claimants, particularly over the Xmas period.

This is a budget for the super rich - the scumbag 'nasty party's' main supporters and funders.

Bollocks.

The Super Rich amount to 0.1 % of the population.

Hardly buying votes is it?

Total bullsh*t!!! - they may numerically only account for 0.1% of the population, but economically they account for far more than 50% of the economy. Hammond has done sod all to tackle this inequality and in fact is taking decisions to make this a lot worse. There was nothing in Hammond's budget to tackle the scumbags dodging tax at all.

Hi

Good Morning UJ.

Some uncomfortable facts for you.

High earners are paying more Tax now than they ever did under Labour.

Secondly, Corbyn's Tax Plans simply do not add up.

Thirdly, you are a Communist.

Look at Venezuela, the biggest Oil Reserves in the world, but children dying because of Financial mismanagement, massive inflation and women totally unable to afford Tampax.

Completely unacceptable to me.

Hi

People here in the UK are not dying from lack of basic medication.

We do not have Inflation of over 100%.

We do not queue for hours for hours for basic foodstuffs.

That is the reality of your Communist views.

Still side-stepped the question in my previous thread - can't accept the truth that this scumbag 'nasty party' government is deliberately impoverishing the vast majority of the UK whilst they and their super rich friends and funders invest their ill-gotten gains in various tax havens around the world.

Hi

Absolutely not UJ.

I have experienced first hand your Communism.

It is no part of my life.

Socialism yes, Communism no.

Babcha Ella, Babcha Zosia, Babcha Maria, Babcha Goshia have all the same story.

Forced to give sexual favours to the Communists.

This is quite simply not on.

I am having none of it.
