Oh bloody great!!!

A foreign aid budget apparently run by the Adam Smith Institute, has been handing out cash straigjht to Al-Quaida. This fund was set up in 2014, but didn't anyone from the scumbag 'nasty party' check this out to see that the money was being spent wisely.

Further evidence of scumbag 'nasty party' negligence, incompetence and ignorance!!!

No surprise there. Foreign Aid has been getting to the wrong people for years, that's why it should be STOPPED>
