The Maniac killing cats

No doubt many of you have seen or heard the reports about the nutter killing cats en masse, and decpitating them.

This has been going on for some time and this person has so far killed over 400. He also cuts their tails off for some strange reason.
I believe he started around Croyden at first, but now it is happenng randomly all over the coutry. Police think it is the same person because of how the bodies are mutilated and then left for the owners to find.

They think now, that he will move on to humans at some stage, so are taking these crimes very seriously.

There is a warning today our local Police website, to keep keep your cats in at night now, and making sure you have a cat flap so if your pet is frightened it can get back indoors quickly. They also suggest bringing rabbits and guinea pigs in too. (which I imagine might be difficult).

So any cat owners here, please be vigilant as they police now say there is no way of knowing where he will strike next.

If we ever had another cat it would be an indoor one, reading things like this make me even more certain that's the best way to keep them these days. Sad society we live in really isn't it.

I never let my cats out now. So many go missing or get hit by cars. I feel sorry for them having to stay in although I am planning on building a safe area for them next year.

Re: The Maniac killing cats

Hi

I am not a cat person, my daughter was allergic to them.

I much prefer dogs.

My last partner had two cats, which for some bizarre reason, where all over me.

I could never hurt a cat, I find this behaviour completely wrong.
