Try a Quorn sausage and egg sandwich, they aren't half bad. Low fat too. I prefer them to the real thing these days.

Actually, I try to go meatless one day a week and I like the Linda McCartney range including:

Seasoned vegetarian 1/4lb burgers made with rehydrated textured soya protein, onion and Mozzarella cheese.



Enjoy the perfect ¼ pounder, with fried mushrooms and onions spooned on top.

Yum, yum .....

(TBF, I have TWO with either a green or bean salad ..... )
