Its out in the sticks, nearest neighbours is about 10 miles away, they don't go on holiday because of the Animals, they have:

9 Dogs
7 Cats
Raccoon
Wild Boars
And other animals.

They have to be on the lookout in their what they call a Forest all the time for Poachers.

Alva is in Florida.

Yes it is, and with the Hurricanes over there, they have had a lot of problems with Fences falling over, their Roof coming off etc. They are also 80 years old and having health problems now.

Today we are having:

Cheese, Onion & Mushroom Omelette with Homemade Oven chips.

Hi

Boring poached chicken and vegetables.

It makes a change from poached fish though.

I am not designed to diet.

Yep, thats boring lol

I don't diet per se, I just eat smaller portions of food

Yesterday for example I had a small portion of muesli with 3 spoons of full fat yoghurt, A cheese sandwich on granary then two ladles of a beef stew full of turnip and carrots and I didn't finish that - and that was doing an 8 hour shift in work

Today we are waiting for mum to be admitted to hospital so until we get the ok to drive up I shall go without then we will stop for lunch somewhere and that will be it for me for the day

80 years old and with health problems. MAN getting old sucks.

I've been to Florida a few times. A nice to place to visit in the early summer months, but I wouldn't want to live there. I visited there once in August and the humidity was so stifling that it literally took your breath away.

Are you eating this way for dieting purposes only? Or do you have a medical condition that says you have to survive on bland foods? Because if the latter isn't the case, you can eat way better than this with tastier foods and still lose weight. This isn't sustainable and you're eventually going to cave and end up eating the refrigerator.
