Yes cutting back on carbs and sugars again, ready meals for a fortnight to kick me off with better portion control.

Were getting rid of the fattening Christmas foods first before we go on our diet.. It will be probably next week sometime

Not a diet as such but an increase in cardio exercise to lose some excess pounds. I'm also changing the meals I take to work with me. More fruit especially.
