Re: The Despicable Donald Trump
The first thing I have to ask is how are these two the best that 300 million people can come up with?

Not a sensible thing to do in my opinion.
However, as those two are the only ones on offer, I'd definitely go along with SF for the very reason he gives.
Trump may come across as mysogynistic, but how that would affect
us is not at all clear.
Clinton, however, sound like she'd quickly put Putin's back up and that could be very dangerous, especially for us as we are virtually on his doorstep.
Since the fall of the USSR, I have had a lot more confidence in our ability to get along with Russia. We rely on them for some things, just as they rely on us for other things.
The glorious EU, as well as America, have been pushing him quite dangerously recently by moving various weapons systems close to this borders. Before they did that, Putin was behaving very reasonably. Now, I believe, he must be feeling quite threatened and you don't want to poke the Russian bear as both Napoleon and Hitler found out to their cost.
Personally, I'd prefer to be Russia's friend and I'm afraid that Clinton is going to do exactly the opposite if she gets elected.
