Re: Siesta

Never taken an afternoon nap, except when suffering from jet lag.
But, I would if I suffered from disrupted sleep.

Re: Siesta

Well, even if don't sleep so well tonight I'll still have had some sleep so will face my appointment at 12 tomorrow with confidence. I have a place to visit before and after the appointment for emotional support, tea, coffee and cakes...there I go on about food again.

Re: Siesta

Since I woke up by 4pm, sleep shouldn't prove too elusive tonight, perhaps around 6 hours, 12 'til 6am would suit me

Same here, we don't sleep during the day but the Cat does, then she is fully awake a night causing havoc for us when we are trying to sleep.

Ffosse, after my fortnightly chemo, I take steroids for just three days, those days I usually feel ok but once I’ve finished them I tend to feel tired and have an afternoon sleep, it doesn’t seem to interfere with my night time sleeping pattern I’m pleased to say. The steroids also make me feel hungry, not sure if this is normal.
