Yeah, ate pizza over the weekend and not so healthy with Sunday dinner, yet I was down on the scale this morning.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
I really don't know what I'm eating today. The only plans I've made are my plans of running around I'm doing later this morning. I need to take some boxes over to the storage unit. Then I'm going to hit the range for a while and do a little bit of shooting. Then I'm going to stop at the market and pick up a few things before heading back home. Finally have a normal week of working. I normally work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. But lately we've been so busy I'm working pretty much every day. But this week I get my usual days off. I was feeling very optimistic for my weigh in last night-I knew id done everything right---and i had been drinking a lot more [water] plus walking a lot more--I tried some clothes that were too tight--now they are too big--I also bought some new tops last week--but have to change them tomorrow as I need a smaller size---only to find I had stayed the same !!! It is crazy--the first 2 weeks I lost 9 pound--since then only another 3 and a half pounds--the plus side is im feeling better--clothes fir better, everyone tells me I look better--so I have to settle for that for another week..
