Good morning, still dark outside, so not sure what the weather's doing. I was up in Hirwaun yesterday, and was able to bring my friend home from hospital, so staying down in this area today. Might make a trip to Trostre

Just off to meet Rosie for U3A. Lexi is being delivered by her Dad while I'm out. She had her op on Monday so is sporting a lampshade round her neck to stop her getting at her stitches, and no jumping allowed this week. Should be interesting....................

Just got in from B/day lunch with daughter and s-I-l . We went to the Ploughmans in Murton which has just been upgraded from a village pub to a Gastro/Bistro. Very good with very nice presentation and I had my usual Fish and Chips !!
My daughter had booked a Spa day for me but luckily told me last night
because it would be my idea of hell so she had to cancel !!
Miserable drizzle here

Good morning all,rain has stopped but it's still grey, dark and dismal.
A bit of baking for me today, expecting my 5 and 7 yr old great grandsons and parents to morrow, so some small bits that they can enjoy to be made today

Another dark and dreary morning - so hard to get up when it's like this. However, dog is walked, breakfast finished and now for some cooking. Just the weather for liver and bacon methinks.

Dreary here too.Got last nights chicken carcass simmering away ready to make cawl for tomorrow,always think cawl tastes better eaten the day after it's been made.
Waiting for "free"(£29 delivery)carpet from ScS,new settee ordered from there 2weeks ago.
