Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Horrified to find snow when I opened the bedroom curtains - and my dustbins blown all over the road - not that that mattered, no-one had been past the house. We're still having flurries, but the sun is shining and I'm too hot in the conservatory!!

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Hello - I was reading through the sites and realised I hadn't posted here for ages. Winter has been dismal as Winters usually are. I sold my late mother's house in Port Talbot last Autumn, now all completed done and dusted, and live full time in my place in Gower.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Very wet and windy out this morning.
Man coming later to give me a price to mend two panels of garden fence. One was meant to come on Wednesday to give me a price but never showed up-no phone call to say why-hate when people do that.
Forgot how much youngsters ate, thought I'd bought enough food for grandson yesterday but I think he's got hollow legs!
Pob lwc Cymru-Good luck Wales in the match today.

Awful day today, pouring and really windy . My seagulls cant land on my balcony for their food, they are getting blown around
Sad news yesterday ,my cousin in Canada died of a brain tumour just 6 months after being diagnosed. He was only in his early 60's and very fit .he was always on FB doing long distance running etc .

Horrid day. Couldn't get warm all day until I went to watch the rugby with the family. Their room is so small and the Rayburn was going full blast, so I thawed out after a few minutes.

Well done Wales, you played like demons and the result could easily have been different - if only.......

Alack gliomas in particular are rare but very rapidly growing and this may be what he had?

I hate the flipping seagulls which we get here as well!

Sunny first thing but clouding over now.
Taking grandson home later via somewhere for lunch.
Not a bad result in yesterday's game-our boys did ok.
Sorry about you cousin-Jac.
