Eventually after lunch yesterday we did go ashore in Varna, and had a walk in the Marine gardens, by then the sun had come out. On the way to the gardens there was a lot of lace work being sold, and I noticed a cardigan which was knitted, so stopped to have a closer look on way back, tried it on and it fit perfectly so bought it for 8 Euro. Sun went in soon after getting back on ship and then it rained.Today it is lovely weather and we are in Nessebar, Bulgaria, this is more of a holiday area.
We went off ship early this morning and had a good walk round, there is a lot of history here with churches built anywhere between 10th and 16th century and seem to be every few yards of each other, it seems a very nice place. Think we will go off again after lunch and have another walk.
Oh and by the way, we missed 2 lots of games this morning while we were off ship, then a further one while I sat and decided what photo's I had taken and tried to remember where they were taken and wrote them down before I get more confused.
