Staffie that mauled owner to death was on crack cocaine at the time

Not sure if this is the right section for this, so perhaps a mod will move if it isn´t.

It´s terrible occurrence but my sympathies are with the dog. It´s a frightening thought that dogs can be drug addicts.

So sad and yet again the dog is paying the ultimate price for the owners stupidity. As for the owner sorry but he is no loss to society.

I think it´s very sad that the dog has to die because of the owner´s stupidity. I very much doubt that a dog would be a willing drug taker.

Sad the dog had to die for stupidity of the owner. Having said that I'm very uncomfortable around staffies and staffie crosses. My prejudice I know but I only know nasty ones, you soon learn to cross the road and pick your dog up in their presence.

Its always the way dog does something so destroy it, never given a chance to repeal or find out what/why this happened. We are supposed to be a country of animal lovers yet the poor dog is always blamed no matter the circumstances

Sadly, the dogs are always the only witnesses unable to speak up and defend themselves.

Well I have to say I always think death isn't the worse a dog can suffer and this breed is sought for fighting etc so it may have been spared a life of misery is the way I see it.

There's one good thing to come out of this.....a thieving scumbag crack head is off the streets.
