Have removed chicken breast from freezer and placed it in fridge to thaw. Tomorrow have chicken stir-fry.

Pizza I bought a ready made one for a change, I think I'll probably make my own again next time.

and a treat as it was mr tesco delivery day a vanilla custard pastry which was very nice.

I just warmed Kippers up in the Micro for my tea, and I finished up sharing them 3 ways
nice with bread and butter ..

Had a Linda McCartney vegetarian sausage roll slice thingy today it was quite tasty, if I have it again I'll leave it in oven a bit longer the pastry needed just another minute or two I think.

'orrible hospital food that will no doubt be something with steamed cabbage.

I'll have mine later than the others as I've not filled in a menu...loverly.

Gammon, roast potatoes, pineapple and peas. And no added sugar butterscotch angel delight for afters. Very enjoyable.
