Oi, I'll have you know it's not funny this end. (slap legs).
I was hoping for something useful, constructive and wise and sensible, something that would inspire me and help me decide the right path to take, perhaps even some legal advice - but what do I get? A link to chainsaws!
You'll be sorry when one day you see me in the papers for murdering a mitigation officer, - and a surveyor and several builders with that chainsaw, and I get carted off.
