On my previous forums, there were people who were gay and they posted quite openly on various gay issues.
I would say, it gave some of us a better understanding and maybe that’s why l support gay couples having a child if they wish to.

I have known a few gay people who would not support using a surrogate mother to have a child. Some feel that they love each other and that is all they need..... in fact two male couples told me that they didn't want children because they would be afraid of encouraging the child to also be gay, so perhaps some gay members here would not support Tom Daley & his partner having a child.I chose not to have children and both my husbands were aware of this, and agreed, long before we married. Friends continually asked us when we were going to start a family, so I told them "Never, and it is not a discussion I choose to have".

Strange you started this thread as I actually was wondering the same thing yesterday after seeing a few what I suppose would be described as jokey anti gay posts. It could be the case that people just do not declare their sexuality though.

This is a very easy going forum certainly nothing to be afraid of !
