You will find lots of Demos on Youtube

Chinese Watercolour brushes are e made of Wolf and Goat hair and Sable and hold a lot of water
Chinese Watercoiour pigments are natural
And we use natural black stick ink, ground in a pestle
Also there is a special way if holding the brush.
It has to be vertical to get the right effect.
