ASBOs

Due to a rise in drunkenness and anti-social behaviour in the elderly the Government has decided that the electronic leg tag was not suitable and has decided to introduce a new type of device for the elderly who are subject to an ASBO.

As long as they also put limiters on mobility scooters.

I'd have those wheels off first. Can't have an army of speedy elderly in charge of mobile ASBOs!
