You should be very careful with Chicken Pixie,not an expert but you can get funny things with Chicken.

Good link Mags - thanks.

Joe - the boss chose what he wanted for dinner, then made the comment about never defrosting in the microwave again, and that was that. We dined fashionably late at 8:30 pm. Otherwise yes, I'd have let it sit in the frig overnight.
