Thanks Muddy, I'll try and sort out some better photography equipment and get some decent shots this time round, I'll be 85 the next time and probably be ga ga in some nursing home...

Mr Magoo you are a star, you have lived through some of the worst times the world has thrown at you and come out of it a strong person. Your record of swimming every day is very impressive and although you are 85 you appear a lot younger....

Apparently it's called a Beaver moon

MARK the date on your calendar - on November 14, the Moon will be closer to Earth than it has been this century.

The 'supermoon to end all supermoons' will occur in less than two weeks.

It will be the closest the Moon has been to Earth since 1948.

And you don't want to miss this one - another one like it won't occur again until 2034.

During the event, the Moon will appear up to 14 percent bigger and 30 percent brighter than an average full moon.

This phenomenon is called a 'beaver moon', named by colonial Americans as a reminder to set beaver traps.
