Aviva...Car Insurance for the Over 50s?

Not.

email yesterday "Your car insurance renewal is due shortly"

"Prices from £183"

Now I didn't expect this price for mine but thought I'd get a quote.......£1846.00

I'm paying £578.00 at the moment with the RAC so where do these companies get their figures from?

I change my insurance every year to get the best quote .
If not they will put it up each year its called the lazy/loyalty tax.

I think the area in which you lives makes quite a lot of difference and also annual mileage but we think ours is a lot at £350!

At every renewal we look on the price comparison sites for best deals but only use well known insurers.

Mine is around £330, fully comp., and that incudes road rescue if I break down anywhere over half a mile away from home.
I used to have Home Start as well added, but took that off last year.
