Nope too much to do during the day usually. I struggle enough to sleep at night I don't want to ruin what sleep I can get by sleeping during the day either.

Usually around 6:00pm as I'm doing the days paperwork or maybe catching up on some recorded TV. I usually end up having to watch it again as I drop off part way through the show.

Definitely, especially if I am having a lazy afternoon. I'll sit down to watch some tv and ----------- zonko, out like a light

Yup, several days of the week I just need that afternoon shut eye. Have been known to doze off for two hours, but mostly for about an hour. If I don't want to sleep too long I'll set an alarm.

No, and I only get about 4-5hrs per night.

Every 8 or 9 days it really hits me hard and i'll sleep for about 10 hours

Quite often during the summer months, the heat really does make me sleepy. Sit on the bed with a book, but never manage to read it for some reason.

Never nap in the day unless I'm really bushed.
Sleeping from about 2AM to 6AM usually keeps me chipper.

I work nights so I'm nocturnal. Never see the mornings
