So sorry Marion, I have only just seen your question.

I can't really say whether they would be alright for your little Yorkie because I can't see him. I imagine he is very tiny, is he? Has he got all his adult teeth now?

The Cheese Breakfast Bars are quite chunky because I use rolled oats. I am wondering, if he is tiny, whether it might be better to play safe and give him a 'smoother' blend until he is a bit bigger? He might be alright if you broke small bits off for him though.
The fish ones should be fine, they are not lumpy. Or you could try the next recipe I am just going to write, which is Peanut butter and molasses - again, not too lumpy bits.

PEANUT BUTTER 7 BUCKWHEAT KISSES

7 ozs buckwheat flour
2 ozs Porridge oats
1 Teaspoon of blackstrap molasses
4 ozs smooth peanut butter. *
* (Read label, make sure it does not contain Xzylitol sweetener.

I use SUN PAT smooth. I phoned the company and checked the ingredients first.

METHOD

1. Put molasses into a bowl and pour on 100 ml of boiling water, stir until dissolved.

2. Add the peanut butter and stir.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients to form a soft dough. (You will probably find this a little too dry, so add a small amount of water a bit at a time).

4. Roll this mixture into small balls about half the size of a golf ball and place on baking sheet.
Press down with floured spoon.
5. Bake for 25 mins.

When cool, pack into a sealed container and they will keep for at least one week.

(This are a bit harder than the fish or cheese ones).
I have some in the oven as we speak.

Really easy mix twice as much mashed banana with peanut butter and freeze in cubes, ice cube tray silicone variety works best. Ours love them, grace enjoys them too

Do you use a bone shaped biscuit cutter for your dog treats? If so - you could halve them and decorate them like this:-
