The maximum sentence in the uK is six months the lowest in Europe .

It really is no longer a joke IMO it's a fact after hurting animals they move on to kids and women. I can't imagine why it's not treated far more seriously. I'll sign happily muddy.

We are losing patience here in the U.S for animal cruelty. Fines and jail time are on the rise. Thank you, Muddy for promoting this movement. We learned about the cruelty of vivisection from the U.K., now I hope we can return the favor by providing examples of the statutes that will punish and end animal cruelty.

For years it has been stated that the max jail time of 6 months is to low but nothing has been done to increase it..
