Seems that there are people ignorant of the law, so I'll spell it to them!!!

S. 12 Social Security Act (N.B. STATUTE LAW!!!) reads as follows: This section applies to any decision of the Secretary of State under section 8 or 10 above (whether as originally made or as revised under section 9 above) which .........

(6) A person with a RIGHT(my emphasis) of appeal under this section shall be given notice of a decision to which this section applies and of that RIGHT (my emphasis) as may be prescribed.

.....

Appeal from Tribunal to Commissioner

s.14 Subject to the provisions of this section, an appeal lies to a Commissioner from any decision of an appeal tribunal under s.12 or 13 above on the ground that the decision of the Tribunal was erroneous in point of law.

I shall be pleased to accept your apology!!!

Re: DWP tries to deny justice to claimants (yet again!!!)

Looking at this thread is it any wonder I think many have no chance of getting any justice. It's hard to say who's right or wrong would need a solicitor to sort it out and many can't afford that !

What legal aid ? Most people aren't entitled to it these days and there are many cases you can't get it for too.

Indeed it's locked many badly treated workers out of getting any sort of judgement.
