One of my favourites but I'm relieved he's gone really he has been in a great deal of distress for a long time. The dementia ravished him, his distress at his last two concerts was very clear. Hopefully he's is at peace now.

So sad to see him go, I've listened to his music all my life and one of my favourites was 'Everyday Housewife' I used to sing it to Mrs Fox.....'Such are the dreams of the everyday housewife who gave up the good life for me'......
As a tribute to Glen, I shall dig out an old cassette of his and listen to his stuff again....RIP Glen....

I agree Pesta. It doesn't matter how famous someone is, eventually they go. Still, I suppose they do live on through their music or whatever it is they were famous for.

Glenn Campbell was slightly before my era so I was never a big fan but having watched documentaries about him, I can appreciate how talented he was and he did have a great voice.
