Well I don't understand the point of posting on a thread which is asking a question, if you wish not to answer the question.

Re: Phobia

My daughter-in-law is phobic about food and its texture. It is very difficult to plan a meal when she visits. She will only eat raw carrots as veg, no cooked vegetables, no sauces, no beef, no fruit desserts, and she wont drink tea or coffee. Even in the depth of winter, she will only have cold drinks, water, squash etc. A lovely woman, but a nightmare.

Re: Phobia

Food is an interesting one.
My mum could eat a prawn cocktail no problem..
But show her an uncooked prawn in its shell she'd come out in hives!

Re: Phobia

I don't have any phobia's , but my 14 year old grand daughter is terrified of statues , we try to reason with her but now have come to the conclusion its definitely a phobia she has . We recently visited Glamis Castle but she refused to step foot in it and spent an hr outside waiting on us .Edinburgh ,now that's a nightmare for her .

Re: Phobia

You see, l'm not sure if a phobia is a fear or a mental problem?
I like to think my head is ok but l do go all peculiar at the sight of a mouse!
Well, who wouldn't? It's the tail!! Eeeeeeeeeeeek!

Aww bless her!
The live statues are seriously scary though
Especially when they move suddenly

I wonder what that phobia is called
