It is not nuclear powered, as the the American carriers. Another shortsighted decision, perhaps.
As for nuclear weapons, no nuclear weapons are carried quite simply because it has no fixed wing aircraft!
If and when it actually acquires some, they might have the capability of carrying nuclear weapons, though I'm not sure that even the RAF carry tactical nuclear weapons now.

If there was any possibility of concerns the docks would have been well supplied with security and officers. If the image of the video had worked, we may have got a better shot but that bridge looked to be the size of a fishing boat. So , maybe a bit of 'fake news 'thrown into the mix. Not much to write about when parliament is on holiday, is there ?
