Morning All Been to the pool and walked the dog in the woods as it's cooler under the trees. Going to have a wee tidy up then a snooze till lunch time. Not sure what the afternoon will bring but I've no plans other than to keep cool.

Afternoon Each,just in from a walk to the co-op for fresh salad stuff & fruit...had to get the bus back as it's just too hot with a hazy sun..don't think the pollen count is as high as yesterday....sitting out in garden now eating ice cream,strawbs,blueberries….luvly jubly

Good evening everybody. Roxy I must admit I have a wee nap in this weather. May it was more of an overcast sky but still warm, the sun is now coming out. Enjoyed my trip to Millport just love it there.

Good Morning Each,another hot one forecast so staying put for the day..Daughter will pop in for some tea on her way Home from the dentists.but I'm def' not cooking...salad again so why am I not losing any weight???

Good evening everybody. Met friends today for lunch and was glad we were sitting inside. Still hot here tonight and I've got the door opened to let some air in.
